Turkey Mince Recipes

Does anyone have any good quick and easy recipes for cooking Turkey Mince?

ASDA sell a pack (approx 500g) for 98p, so I thought about buying a few and experimenting, as this is an excellent source of protein.

Any views? (kevinkm4 seems to have alot of good ideas).

Pull out one strand at a time and snort it up your nose.

It made me huge and I'll never go back to cocaine again.

Seriously, grinding it down for burgers would probably be the best option.

    Turkey Meatloaf:

    1. 1 pound lean ground turkey
    2. 1 cup spinach
    3. 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    4. 3 egg whites
    5. 1/2 cup chopped onion (red or vadilla is best)
    6. 1/2 cup green and red peppers
    7. 1 tsp mustard (spicy brown is best)
    8. 1 tlbs of light parmesean cheese
    9. 1 tsp garlic
    10. sprinkle of pepper (any kind)
ketchup or a tomato sauce of your choice

mix ingriedents 1 - 10 and place in a small square pan (don't know the size I use). top with ketchup and sprinkle with parsley, parm cheese and garlic and bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes.

Agree with Paulie about the burgers - just get a handful of flour and a load of herbs and mix with your hands and form into flat burgers or meatballs, coat in a bit of olive oil and whack in the oven for about 20 minutes - laaavly jaably.

Stir fry it with chicken stock and chopped onion - nice and quick, and tastes good!

That meat loaf looks yum didlly scrumshis lol.
Will properly change the p cheese for weight watchers strong cheese.
Also make sure that its the low fat turkey as some of the other cheap turkey mince is ram full of all sorts of s**t.
