    my local needle exchange keeps vials of 2ml sterile water, and a handy little amp snapper just for them, which they give out to druggies. When i was in there i asked for some and the guy said they werent supposed to give then to steroid users, but he did anyway.

    Seriously tho' is Bacteriostatic Water the same as sterile water? I thought it might be very specific considering its description "non-pyrogenic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative"

    No. Sterile water is simply water that has been sterilized. Bacteriostatic water has additives to help limit bacterial growths
