    Good stuff.

Hopefully mine and TT's advise can help you out more in the next few months.

    Good luck.

Thanx... but still got a while to go. Think im about 13% maybe 14% BF at the moment.... depends.... those stupid scales vary between 8% and 15% so im guessing somewhere in between but in month hope to be down to single digits (fingers crossed) with loads of hard work! Before middle of august woul be nice... off on holiday then!!!

UPDATE...One month down, one month to go... hopefully! 2006/07/17 12:50:37 (permalink)
So, one week into my new diet and i must say its been hard doing cardio every morning and feels like im always eating! Im never hungry, think the cardio has got something to do with that, so i have to force myself to eat. Might reduce quantities of food a little next week.... but im happy! Lost just over 2lbs this week! Strength is the same so dont think ive lost muscle but i feel bigger! Dont know? Annoying thing is the skin on my stomach seems to be a tiny bit floopy... dont think has had time to tighten up... out comes the cocoa butter! Anyway will post up pics next monday to show progress on this diet half way through.... here goes another week of hard work!!!

Basically its my skin is sagging as the muscle isnt stong enough to hold the flesh that covers it this would be my fault due to lack of core work which im now trying to catch up with. Its very common in top grade obese people as there is too much skin for the muscle to hold onto once they have lost the fat that use to hold it.
