Unbelievable

Seems the police love being in the news for all the wrong reasons, and before anyone says it, this is not a police bashing thread, i just been reading the news and its  tragic  that this scumbag looks likely to  get away with it. ,  Think how the family of this poor woman must be feeling.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/8172707.stm

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body... but rather to skid in sideways, totally
worn out, shouting
Holy ****... What a ride!!"

    Unbelievable is right.

I assumed everything would be computerised.
Do the police maintain records themselves or is it oursourced or how does it work?

"Mr Baker was charged with rape, but a judge ruled his DNA had been unlawfully retained. This decision was then overturned by the Law Lords in 2000."

So before the Human Rights legislation came into force.

I'd have him done for assault if I was the camera man. It's all on video.

shocking stuff this, nothing new though, the police do loose files etc etc from innocent men and women all the time.unfortunate but it happens.
imo the family of this poor girl should sue the police.
