Upcoming job interview, quick weight loss plan needed!

Yes Bro's.

Looking at being hired for a job here, and rather than go into detail, lets say a low body fat is needed.

Need some pointers from bro's who have gone through competition cuts if possible.

Im sitting at about 13% BF right now, need to drop to at least 10%
Currently train 4-5 times a week with one heavy cardio session lasting about 90minutes at the weekend.

Diet is currently

Morn: Protien shake, Granola
Lunch: Chicken breast/Steak Potato
Tea: Same as lunch
Train:
Protein shake and perhaps steak or Turkey before bed.

I'm looking at swapping out the red meat for Fish and perhaps dropping the potatoes for brown rice. I eat Broccholi and other veg during the day.
Should I perhaps add 3o minutes of Cardio to each weights session. Do you think this would be enough?

cheers

Well I'm not a Bro but will I do?  lol

What time frame are you looking at to get down to 10%?

Swapping red meat out for fish? ...  will that be for oily fish or for white fish?  Reason I ask is there quite a big difference in cals between the two.

Yes definitely much more cardio, at least 30 mins each session if not more.  I know some members on here when preparing for a competition are doing 1-2 hours a day!

Lol, yup RedHotF, you advice is welcom :)

I was looking at white fish to be fair but wasn't aware of the difference in Cals. What should I avoid?

Looking to cut in 8 weeks. I know it's an excuse but I would struggle to find time to fit 1-2 hours of cardio in without sacrificing my normal training.....but then again, I suppose it comes down to how much I want it.

I don't think you should avoid any fish as I think all fish are excellent!  But there is quite a difference in calorie content between a piece of smoked mackerel for example and a piece of steamed cod.  All I am trying to say is be aware of the calorie content and factor it into your diet, however if you are mainly going for white fish then this should not be so much of an issue.

Have you considered doing a.m. cardio?   Are you able to slot in a couple of sessions at the weekend?

Well I'm sure Kitty has said she does that sort of regime, hopefully she will see this and comment! Also Papa Lazarou has been doing an awful lot of cardio in his bid to take the MT Shape-Up crown lol ...

    Hi RedHot:

Im contemplating morning cardio. To be fair I'm up at 6am and dont start work until so I have no excuse really.

I've bought a load of white cod fillets and a whole salmon to swap between the two. The only carb intake is from brown rice. I've had stomach issues and the doctor thinks I maybe an aceliac (can't spell it to save my life, lol!)

    Should this surfice?

    I'm curious.

What job requires a low bodyfat?
