Upcoming job interview, quick weight loss plan needed!
Looking at being hired for a job here, and rather than go into detail, lets say a low body fat is needed.
Need some pointers from bro's who have gone through competition cuts if possible.
Im sitting at about 13% BF right now, need to drop to at least 10%
Currently train 4-5 times a week with one heavy cardio session lasting about 90minutes at the weekend.
Diet is currently
Morn: Protien shake, Granola
Lunch: Chicken breast/Steak Potato
Tea: Same as lunch
Protein shake and perhaps steak or Turkey before bed.
I'm looking at swapping out the red meat for Fish and perhaps dropping the potatoes for brown rice. I eat Broccholi and other veg during the day.
Should I perhaps add 3o minutes of Cardio to each weights session. Do you think this would be enough?
