Upper Lower Critique

Hi all,
 
Looking to get some critique on my upper lower split. I've used a template and tweaked the exercises and rep ranges slightly to what I prefer doing.
 
Mon - Upper
bench press 3x5
seated shoulder dumbbell press 3x8
barbell rows 3x8
chins 3x8
dips 2x12
lat raise 2x12
 
Tuesday - Lower
squat 3x8
rdl 3x8
barbell lunge 3x12
calf raise 3x12
 

Thursday - Upper
shoulder press 3x5
inc dumbell bench 3x8
pullups 3x8
barbell curls 2x12
tricep pushdowns 2x12
pressups 3xfailure
 
Friday - Lower
front squat 3x5
deadlift 3x5
leg extensions 3x15
calf raise 3x12

    I think it's a beautiful thing!

    My only real concern would possibly be RDL and normal dead in one week. See how you go but if your lower back is feeling the strain then maybe switch out the RDL'S for leg curls.

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    Looks good to me, would prob swap the order of front squats and deads on second lower day, although not totally necessary.

    Aye I agree with Mak there, it's how I'd order them.
