Urgent Help Please!

Hi guys, need some help please!

Took a test shot on Monday night. By Tuesday started feeling soreness and by Wed it in complete agony! I took the shot in the middle of my front quad, but the pain has travelled down towards the knee.

It is bright red and hot to touch. It is now Saturday and is still in a lot of pain, but not as bad as 2 days ago and range of movement in my leg is a bit better, but still causing my problems.

Could this be an infection or just that I hit a nerve? Do I need to get to casualty ASAP or will it be ok in a few days?

Any advice please....

what kind of test? new injection site? My first shot of sust in my second cycle threw me for a loop. I was in pure pain for about 6 days. Then it all subsided and I am fine, but I don't know your situation so when in dought get it checked out. If the pain is going away give it another day or two and see then.

Test Enth, done this site twice before. If I go to casualty will it just be a case of giving me antibiotics or will they have to drain poisin out of my thigh?
