Varying my routine?

So its been 3 weeks doing the exact same routine below. Also below in bold are my proposed plans to vary the routine to give my muscles a bit of a shock, as i dont want the routine to become repetative and less effective. Just want the members here to have a look at the changes and give input on them. Thanks

Monday-Chest, Shoulders
Incline Dumbbell Press switch to barbell
Flat Dumbbell Press switch to barbell
Cable Crossovers Horizontal dumbbell flyes
Dumbbell Military Press
Dumbbell Side Laterals front laterals?
Dumbbell Bent Over Raises

Tuesday-Back, Traps
Deadlifts
Lat Pulldowns (Wide Grip)  Pullups
Bent Over EZ Bar Rows
Dumbbell upright Rows
Dumbbell Shrugs

Thursday-Legs
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Curls
Leg Extension
Standing Calf Raises
Stiff leg deadlift
Friday-Arms
Dips
Skullcrushers narrow bench press
Rope Pushdowns overhead tricep extensions
EZ Bar Curls Dummbell curls
Preacher Curls
Alternating Hammer Curls

Not sure what else to change. Obviously i can change reps and sets as well.
Is this ok though?
Also does stiff leg deadlift work your hamstrings because i did some but didnt really feel anything in my legs, all the work was just from my lower back

Yeah they are all effective exercises to swap to.

The SLDL's do hit the Hams alot but you need to focus on pulling your hips through to lift the weight, try squeezing you Glutes and Hams before moving.

Switch the Dumbbell Military Press to Barbell Standing Press.
The EZ bar rows can changed with Dumbbell rows.
    Dips is a chest exercise.

Thanks and dips is a compound exercise so it also works the triceps quite nicely.

Not sure you'll need a change after 3 weeks. Record your progress and only change once this has slowed.

As above you dont really need to change after 3weeks imo, go for at least 6/8 weeks and record your progress and when your gains start to slow right down then think about chaning.
