Veg

Is eating all sorts of veg with 1 - 2 meals a day enough vegetables for staying healthy?

    cant ever get enough fruit and veg IMO.should be as much a staple of diet as protein is I reckon.

    stir fry
    soup
    steamed veg
    grilled veg on skewers
    baked vegcasserole with veg
    veg omelette

    all you have to do is find ways to find it interesting to eat, thats all

    sometimes what I also do is take a giant carrot or two or a piece of broccoli and eat my way through it while watching a movie or on the computer. good way to forget you're eating veggies.
