ok, first thing to do is go to www.bulkfoods.com
and order their soy protein isolate. it shouldnt take too long to arrive. it has 18 grams of protein in 2 tablespoons and its only 18 bucks for 5 lbs! compare it to whey and you'll see that soy kicks its ass, in both price and protein per serving size...but anyway, the best post work out smoothies i have had with soy protein have been as follows:
about a cup of grape juice
1/4 cup OJ
four scoops of soy protein (36 grams of protein)
this has been the cheapest and easiest way for me, as a vegan, to get high quality protein fast. let me know if i can help with other ****.
oh and by the way, bodybuilders who don't embrace the vegetarian diet or at least the natural way, won't have very long to build their bodies. just something to think about
