    That is fcuked up. I didn't even get half way through cos I didn't have the patience. I am never lifting equipped.

    (Incidentally, a guy down at the Moss Side gym got a new shirt and was struggling getting it on- or so we thought! Compared to that it slipped over him like it was three sizes too big.)

    It is pretty severe. Mine's on in a couple of mins tops.

    i really couldn't be bothered even with the knee wraps, not to mention the suits and shirts - i think i'll just stick to raw lifting thanks!

    I fear though if i would try it once, i would get hooked into the idea of moving bigger weights...

    Bench press shirts for me are much worse..by far than a squat suit.
    Main reason is you can't put it on by yourself..

    I actually just seen the video after a 15 minute download and I know now why I don't wear
    mine during training...JUST TOO MUCH TROUBLE !!
