Vit B12 injects

just how effective is injecting B12 ? Does it really increase protein synthesis as well as combatting lethargy etc. ?

What is the recommended dose ? I read anything from 500mcg -> 3000mcg per week.

Which needle is used ?

I dont inject AAS, bjt I suppose I could jab my own backside with B12 ?!?

Anything else to consider ?

I tried B12 at 3000mcg - it did nothing for me either. Didn't like the way it goes in either.

I inject vitamins , tried Syntheteks B12 ,it def. increased appetite .

I inject a multivitamin when i am feeling run done , helps with lethargy and also increases appetite and improves my sleep and mood .
Useful for the older athelete ( no offence Rocker )

Don`t` expect miraculousprovements but IME def worth a go , esp. alongside P.H. s or similar .

    Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.
