Vitamin B5 question!

What is the recommended dose of B5 each day to keep acne at bay? I've had trouble with acne since 15 and I still have it on my face. Use all sorts of soaps, moisturizers and prescribed topicals, but it's very tenacious. My demonologist NEVER mentioned B5 before but I thought I'd give it a shot!

Does acne flair up usually happen during the cycle (Test Enan w/ Dbol front load) or during the PCT?

Thanks

it can occur throughout and after that cycle bud.

B5 is ok, but its not gonna cure androgen induced acne, if you have a pre existing condition like you say then youd be well advised to stay off long acting esters, and especially test en and sus, have a search on ACNE and B% you will find hundreds of old postings :)

    Doses around 5-6g ed (5000-6000mg).

It can cause some skin drying too, so watch out. But it does work pretty well, as for me it seemed to help a bit.

It took a while before the B5 started doing anything IMO...and once I stopped I found my normal acne came back...so I say take it before, during and after... just to be safe.

If you aren;t acne prone, which I really am not, just have those basic here and there break outs, then don't worry much about the B5.

i am very prone to acne... ive taken 3 courses of accutane which supposivly gets rid of it completely but thats bull****... this may sound weird and i know this is very unusual to everyone in here but me and a buddy of mine have been taking deca test and dbol and my acne has supprisingly gone down a little bit? at first it did flare up but my doses have not decreased by any means yet the acne has... i would say just deal with it for the time you are using gear and hopefully you will be as lucky as me

doses about 1000mg per day are also effective at reducing severity. But like bbig says, it ain't a cure!

Paulshez, The Ministry of Fitness sell B5 in powder form.
Take 5mgs in the morning and 5mgs at night before bed. It needs to be mixed with a drink BUT BE WARNED!, it's foul tasting substance. It was so bad for me I was contemplating ordering caps from USA, but I've found mixing it in orange juice, leaving it to stand for 5-10 mins, re-stirring then drinking it isn't to bad.
    All this for B5.....!!
