Vitamins etc that should be used on cycle

I currently don't use any vitamins, minerals or supplements really whilst on cycle
A few people have said that using gear alongside the intense training that goes with it is very hard on ur body and immune system, and I'm inclined to belive this considering how I've felt these last couple of weeks lol
So..what vits/mins/supps should be used whilst I'm on the gear to maintain general health & well being as much as possible and in what doseages?
Cheers lads

    I have a 1g vit C tablet as I heard it's good for kidneys
1x multivitamin tablety to cover all bases
10-20g vitamin b5 to dry skin and stop acne
1g calcium as Ihave oesteoporosis in family, and also I've heard lots of protein = lots of another mineral (starts with P but forget name) and that means you need more calcium

BUT all optional, should be able to get enough from a good diet, in m opinion.

    m8,

I think milk thistle is defo one to get in ya! it'll just keep ya liver nice and clean full stop! -i also take cranberry tablets for your kidneys... there workin harder too...zinc for your imuine system and repro and loads of l-glutemene.

About vit C - I take 5g of l glutemene (powder) with 1000mg vit C first thing on empty stomach....then the rest of me breakfast, proein etc... also prior to my protein shake after a work out, I have another vit -C with the l glutemene...Then my shake. Vit C makes ya piss alot, but don't worry about that as that what happens with lots of it.....

Other guys may have other thoughts, but this works for me!

    Good luck

    I wouldn't have more than 1000mg Vit C ED

Apparently larger amounts for an extended period is a) not required and b) causes kidney stones

    i like Taurine and potassium
And as I have said many times Liver protectors just waste your steroid. Several reads on bodybuilder.com suggest this. They seem to have good info and my liver values are perfect. I do use some milk thistle between cycles maybe this helps or not…

I drink lots of orange juice daily.

    In morning i take

    Good mulit vit tablet
    1g Milk Thistle
    5g Vit B5
    5g Glucosamine (split twice daily)

    5g L Glutamine after training

and 3 x a day EFA 3,6,9 capsules just to get the extra bits in the my diet should cover but doesn't always.

    Think thats about it!

I know that that doesn't stop me feeling rough on cycle, about 3/4 weeks in to every cycle so far including this one i get a cold that tend to hang around till after PCT.

Current cycle been on 9 weeks, had a bad cold around week 5 then week 7 another one which is still sticking around!! What can i do to help this! My mums a nurse n said my imune system is low for some reason ... (lol) she said i should try taking a course on enchia sp??? or something like that which is a herb i think that boosts the imune system?

I just neck a multivit in the morning after brekkie when I remember to lol. Sometimes have one of those 1g vit c tabs that dissolves and tastes like orange soda. Less supps the better imo.

does your multivit contain vit c? if it does your going over 1g a day excluding any vit c you take in from food
