Used to take the Centrum for men ones , the Centrum performance ones and now I have started taking Asda's own multivitamins and minerals and I don't feel any different what so ever....After this tub runs out I may just stop taking them all together just to see if I start feeling like sh1t lol..

I personally don't bother with multi vitamins. I take probiotics and a greens supplement daily, I notice that I have more engery, feel fresher, more alert and generally more lively in the mornings.

Most of these types are supplements are for general health and well being, it hard to really pin any really 'effect' as such to them.
If really you really want a good multi vitamin check out Reflex Nutrition Next Gen multi vitamin this has one of the best profiles and ticks a lot of boxes.

Your not going to notice any effect from taking a vitamin supplement. Long term it may improve your health though if you are lacking or need extra in those vitamins.

Asda and Tescos both make a pretty decent multi these days.

The only vitamin I take these days is Vitamin D5 .
Stopped taking multi-vitamins months ago and I have yet to notice any difference.

Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.

Every time I used to take Centrum, like clockwork my skin would get messed up.
