I ve never tried an NO2, i dont see the point really, it just seems like a fancy supplement that can be done without, i doubt whether it'll make much difference to your goals if your diet and training are sorted.

    SuperPump 250 or Endorush.

SP gave me decent strength gains and massive pumps. Endo gave me huge energy, very good pumps and some focus / strength increase.

    SuperPump 250 or Endorush.

SP gave me decent strength gains and massive pumps. Endo gave me huge energy, very good pumps and some focus / strength increase.

Whats the purpose of massive pumps?? Is it more vanity reasons or does it help lift more?

There's some science to suggest it helps with muscle growth. In terms of why I personally take stuff like that, I find I can rep out more reps on the same weight, and i like the way it looks.

Is there really much benefit from taking this pre WO compared to creatine, dextrose and caffeine?

Sure creatine will help rep out more reps on the same weight too?

Some NO2 supps have creatine in them which is were the more reps may come from. I personally love the feeling of the pump and the blood flow to the muscles caused by th arginine

I think so, but then I never take dextrose pre-workout because I have a tendency to retain / put on fat easily. I try to limit my fast carbs to pwo only, and overall carbs are pretty low most of the time too.

Overall pre-workout sups I'm a big fan of.

Superpump 250, I have it every day when I train 30 mins before going into the gym. I've made really good progress on it in about 3 months of taking it.

I have only tried NOXPLODE which was very good for pumps and strength. I tried making my own using raw ingredients from myprotein.co.uk but couldn't get the same effect.

There was some fella on here that came up with quite an effective 'home brew' NO2 stack a little while ago.

Can't remember his name, good looking chap tho...

New AVPT version of this out now. Not sure what the difference is, but supposedly an improved formula.

Can you take NO2 while you take whey, CEE, trib and thermobol?
