WANTED. 'Frappacino' Protein Shake Recipe. Help!

I'm tired of drinking the same old, same old, protein shake (no matter what flavour), first thing in the morning.

Are you..?

A friend introduced me to the delights of a 'Frappacino', the other day, from my local "Star and Bucks"...

..... it tasted fantastic !

But then it got me thinking......

..... has someone on this site ever made a simple 'Frappacino' Protein Shake, that tastes any good?

And if so, what's the recipe..?
(I'm not too good on creating my own).

I don't think I'm alone in saying that I need a fresh influx of the evil bean first thing in a morning, (Hook it up to my veins !!), and that by combining the two together (protein drink + coffee), seems to make 'reasonable' sense..?

Why don't they make coffee flavoured protein shakes, as we all drink them first thing. Right?

The basics seem simple enough, and by mixing up the ingredients we might concoct something a bit more palatable to start off the day.

Or at least try something new for a change..?

Also, if one's going to dabble with this idea could they come up with a shake along the lines of a 'mocha' with coconut..? (That really would knock your socks off!)

I usually add instant coffee to my first thing chocolate protein shake. Easy and it mixes nice. It tastes good and gives this caffiene addict the hit I need!

Oh... don't go to Starbucks ever again, they're evil.

    came across this recipe:

1 packet eas chocolate cream myoplex lite (or any choc meal replacement shake)
1/2 tbsp instant espresso powder (instant coffee powder ok but espresso powder provides a richer taste)
8 oz light soya milk (or skimmed milk)
    1/4 cup cold water
    10 ice cubes
2tbsp low fat whipped cream topping (optional)

put all ingredients except cream topping in blender. mix on 'ice crush' or high speed mode until ice is almost completely crushed - be careful not to overwhip or it will become thick and aereated. pour into a large glass and top with cream topping. drink immediately.

    makes one serving.
each serving contains 287 cals, 33g protein, 32g carbs, 3g fat, 2g fibre
