Re:WAT YOU GUYS THINK OF MY NEW ROUTINE ? GOOD OR NOT?
I don't really understand why people always train chest with biceps and back with triceps. Surely it just means, in a routine such as this, you are training both your triceps and your biceps two days in a row with no rest in between? Surely this can't be conducive to optimum recovery?
So if I was you I'd switch them around, but I guarantee people will post here after me saying that it's fine to do so, I just don't really understand why!
