WAT YOU GUYS THINK OF MY NEW ROUTINE ? GOOD OR NOT?

MONDAY CHES AND BIS
flat bench
inline bench
db flys
preacher curls
stood hammers
 
TUESDAY BACK AND TRIS
weighted wide pull ups
db row
lat pulls
seated row
skull crushers
anchour pusdowns
 
WED REST DAY
 
 
THURS SHOULDERS AND TRAPS
shoulder press bar
arnold press side raises
infront raises
shrugs
rear delts
 
FRIDAY LEGS
 
squats
leg press
leg extensions
calf raises
 
no a bit about me im 23 weigh bang on 14 stone and 16 percent body fat
been training about two years bench 110 for 8 reps squat 160 8 reps and deadlift 160 for 8

    I don't really understand why people always train chest with biceps and back with triceps. Surely it just means, in a routine such as this, you are training both your triceps and your biceps two days in a row with no rest in between? Surely this can't be conducive to optimum recovery?

    So if I was you I'd switch them around, but I guarantee people will post here after me saying that it's fine to do so, I just don't really understand why!

    yeah i totally understand that is how i used to do it tricep with chest and biceps with bak then i started biceps with chest and tris with back and put about an inch on my arms up to now about 17 and half inches

    On back day you've got heaves and pulldowns, i'd drop one of these and do deadlifts first.
