WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT 'PURPLE-K' CREATINE?

Purple-K, apparently water resistant so you don't get that 90% conversion to the toxic-creatinine, you get 100% useable creatine instead of the 10% in monohydrate creatine. Hence, 10x better.

The site is www.KingofCreatine.com

What do you think?
Anyone use it?

Im considering it over what I use now (NO-Xplode)

Also they are disputing Kre--alkyln creatine. I think Purple-K is just Kre--alkyln in capsule form.

Kre-allkln is about 98% Creatine monohydrate and 2% high pH buffer.

Just make your own, creatine mono plus some baking soda!

if kre-allkln is 98% creatine, and to my knowledge mono converts leaving only 10% useable creatine, then how is kre-allkln so baddd???

its not and it does work. what is in dispute is the claims it makes (same with CEE), but its good stuff.

Kre-Allklyn is uses a creatine monohydrate base I am not saying it doesnt work by any means, i am sure its very good, however you need to cut through alot of their marketing BS.

Exactly. Like I said, its just its claims that i wouldnt believe. I'd take KreAlk over CEE any day though.

To be hinest id find a different pre workout supplement to No Xplode. it doesnt have much creatine in it and has gone crap since the new formulation. if you like BSN, then go with Cell Mass which is solid.

Other greats are SNS CVM Xtreme, MAN Clout, CL Green MAGnitude or Gaspari Size-On. Personaly I prefer MST Ragnarok but the top two favourites are Clout and Size-On.

But, if you're only new to creatine, stick with creapure monohydrate and then start experiementing with different brand ones.

so what exact is 'longer NO pumps'?
    is it useful?
or better to just go pure protein such as purple-k or creapure?

    you mean pure creatine.

longer NO (Nitric Oxide) pumps just makes your body look swole for longer but it goes away in the end after an hour or so. You can get a pump just by working harder and higher reps.

The video here will explain the pump.

it looks good. The pump is the reason most workout. you look and feel bigger. But theres also the science explaining it increases blood flow which helps with recovery and indirectly growth.

it would definetly be a benefit as NO Xplode doesnt contain much creatine.

If you enjoy NO pumps, look into Cre-Ethyl Thunder by omega Sports. better product.
