WHEY FOR LEAN MUSCLE

are their any whey that work for lean muscle, ive tired loads but they all seem to bloat me and make my stomach stick out more, when im not taking the stuff its flater, ive tried promax extreme, usn, and others. I feel protein form foods dosent do this 2 me?????, currently on a cutting diet, any help or suggestions wud be cool

    unflavored plain whey mate. You might be slightly lactose intolerant is it only whey you have a issue with or do you have the same problem when you consume dairy as well

    As above but you maybe you could eat some more meat? Chickens, Beef, Fish etc. etc.

    yeh i think your right about being lactose intolerant, i get the same if i have a lot of milk, yeh i know i cud eat more meat but i would like to vary it and consuming a shake is more time convient also, ok so u say unflavored plain whey, so gues my protein would be gd for that

    whoa if youre lactose intolerant they i suggest you with go for Soy Isolate or Whey isolate as these have the lowest levels of lactose in them. What are you going to be using the shakes for? Weight gain, PWO?

    hmm ok guys, im on a cut diet and wanna stay as lean as possible, looking to have a shake either as a meal replacement or either PWO

    ok PWO whey Iso or soy ISO is perfectly fine. For a MRP blend 3og of whey iso with 2 crushed weetabix, some water and 1 tsp of peanut butter with a little sweetener and blend

    sorry mate whats a MRP ?, think i tired whey isolate and had the same prob, either that or im parnoid about my stomach all i know is that it bloates with the protein shakes, i normally just have a tin of tuna 1hr b4 and have some dextrose staright after training

    MRP stands for Meal Replacement. You dont have to have powders mate you could use liquid egg whites or soy isolate for PWO
