WHOLE EGGS ?

Hi guys, is it ok to eat 4 yolks per day or would this be unhealthy. I am going to start eating eggs again and was thinking of eating 2 whole eggs and 6 whites for breakfast and the same again before bed. What do ya think ?

shouldnt be too bad, depends on the rest of your diet, if you are already consuming a lot of saturated fat might be worth going for yolk per 6 whites.

omelates especially are very tasty with 1 yolk/6 whites.

seems a waste of eggs to me.

why not throw have a tin of tuna away and half the rest of your food also.
