yes the university onei s excellent, since u can browse by muscle group to find an exercise, or u can browse by exercise to find which muscle group is worked.
If ur new to working out, u might want to get help from people at the gym that u are working out at, to make sure that u are doing everything properly.
Reading about workout technique is good, but it wont help u execute the proper workout technique unlesss someone with the knowledge is watching and correcting u:)

lol....not everyone at the gym is that knowledgeable....so try to find someone u can trust on that...the link should give u a good idea but like blitzseth said its better to have someone with the proper knowledge to watch u to make sure u have proper form...if not then watch urself in the mirror and if u have no mirror then record urself then watch it...just a suggestion, lol, mite look a bit awkward filming urself....

yes.. u might look a bit 'off ur rock' if u film urself doing the exercise. It is best if u can ask an older person, who looks like he knows what he is doing, and ofcourse.. it would show in their body.
Goodluck mate.. and dont dimiss proper form, its very important to prevent injury :)
