Walking Dogs Best Cardio

i used to do cardio atleast 3 times a week burning atleast 400cals each time and found that i lost alot of muscle and was turning into a pencil neck ...now i just walk my dogs around 1.km every day at a very slow pace and have found that it works better then jogging on the treadmill in terms of keeping good lean muscle and keeping the bodyfat stable ..just thought id share

Glad you found something that works for you.

That doesn't mean it'll work for everyone else though.

Perhaps you weren't eating properly around the other form of cardio and that's what had you lose lean muscle tissue?

for most that will have a minimal effect on BF% when levels are higher

a 10 minute steady walk will not put any significant dent in the 'back log' of fat as it were

a calorie deficit through diet on top of this will lead to weight reduction but 10 minutes walk will have a very limited contribution

TBH it will be in the diet then as stated before, 100 cal max will not really impact weight loss
