Walking vs Running?

I'm sure I read an article on here (I have looked through the articles) that covered all the main types of cardio and what they were good for. Anyone got a link?

I want to know if jogging, running or walking was best or what the pros and cons of each were for the goal of loosing fat.

    if your in the right HR zone then both are as good as each other i would guess :]

    I would hazzard a guess and say it depends on what you are training for really.

    I have been doing 5x30 mins walking on waking a week for the purpose of fat burning and it is working well.

    It`s not really doing much for my CV fitness though!
