Warm up & stretching what do u do???

i know it may vary depending on what you are working on the particular day but i was just wondering what people do for a warm up and when they stretch (before workout as part of warmup or after)?

generally for all days I warmup with light weights for the respective exercises. then stretch the antagonist muscles. then stretch everything after workout and have a walk down.
