Wasting my 1st Cycle

Well I am 8 weeks in on my first cycle of test e (500mg) a day....

For various reasons this cycle has been plagued by inconsistent training and at times ****e diet (probably four of 8 weeks)....

Despite this I have put on 20 lbs to date. (13st 4lbs to 14st 10 lbs) Admittedly because of the problems with diet I have increased my bf % although not massively and certainly not to the extent of many of the belly monster juicers in the gym I attend...

I am getting comments every day at work (95% women) about how big my arms/chest etc are getting and there is no doubt I have packed on size all over including my chicken like legs....

Despite these gains I feel that I have wasted the potential of this cycle to date because of my diet and training.....

I now have 6 clear weeks before I go back to work and have a totally clear schedule for this time. What I want to know is whether I can take my last two planned shots and then do another five before finishing the cycle?

This will mean a fifteen week cycle but to date the only side effect I have experienced is about a week of spots on my forehead at about week 5 and acne across my chest for the last 4 weeks......To be fair these probs would be no where near as bad if my diet was cleaner

Q: Will I get many more gains out of an extra 5 weeks if I sort my diet and training?

Q: Is there any reason why not to do and extra 5 weeks?

Q: Will my PCT and recovery be hampered by this extra few weeks and am I more likely to lose my gains by staying on longer?

    many people have a hard time recovering after 8 weeks. I have run 16 week cycles without too many problems. Then again my diet, training, and pct was perfect.

    When you say 5 shots i have to wonder how you get 5 weeks., When we say 500mg we assume people understand its 500 ew... You say 500mg per day then you say 5 shots. so i dont really know what you mean. It would help if you wrote your cycle out in an easier to read form. If you are taking 500mg per day of test e, your going to have a hell of a time recovering if at all and at which point i will call you an idiot.

    Diet and training should of been sorted before going onto gear. IMO you shouildnt extend your cycle until you have more knowledge.

    20 lbs isnt too bad at all. I would say go longer with the cycle, but start getting yourself straitened out right now. If your gains start to slow way down before the 15th week, just stop then.

    Also, are you splitting up the 500ml into two shots a week?

    Sorry fellas

    I am of course doing 500mg PW not per day...

    I am also doing it in one shot rather than splitting it......(would it make much difference split)

    The reason I was asking about lengthening the cycle was that given the gains to date with the problems outlined I wonder just what I can achieve before these gains stop if I straighten out the diet etc....

    Obviously worried that the longer the cycle the harder it will be to get my natural test levels back and the more potential side effects I may suffer.....II am also worried that I will end up losing all the gains I make if I cant get my own test functioning quickly during PCT.....is this likely?

    I think it depends on your work ethic. If you are 20 lbs up and not doing your best, and you are not happy, it sounds like you are going to possibly be bummed out no matter what happens. Plus you have not been very serious so far in your cycle....so.....

    If you are going to extend your cycle, and work out HARD to keep your gains afterwards no matter what......then you should do that. But if you have a bad attitude, you might just continue what you have been doing. You could very well lose 5 or 10 pounds afterwards. So if that is going to completely discourage you and cause you to get depressed and stop working out hard, then that is a problem.

    So just really focus and be happy with whatever you gain. A cycle isn't a day to day thing. It is weeks and weeks and weeks. You can't get worked up about the little things.

    Splitting the shot will keep a more balanced level of test in your system throughout the week.

    Test gains are already hard to keep 100% of. I usually keep about 80% of my gains. I am very happy with that. Hell I would be happy if I was to only keep 50% lol.The longer the cycle the harder it is to recover, the harder it will be to keep gains.

    Im in a pretty similar situation. Though I havent made half the gains you have, literally!

    I have been on what I thought was 500mg Test E each week, but gained only 7lbs despite a good diet and training. Turns out my gear was underdosed and that I was actually on around 200mg each week instead! So essentially Ive shut myself down for next to nothing and wasted my first cycle.

    Personally I dont think you've done too bad, 20lbs (even if a lot is water) is a pretty good gain for a first cycle. It just goes to show that even on a diet that is 80% nailed you can still make great gains on your first cycle.

    i'd come off, do pct, do time off, then come back and do it properly next time
