Watchmen

Can someone explain this film to me please, I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life watching it last night, and didnt get one bit of the storyline.

Some people are born great
Others have greatness thrust upon them
,
I find My greatness comes in a tub of Dianabol.

I'd stick to Disney films from now on if I were you.

    I enjoyed the film

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

I watched it while either still drunk or severely hungover and i was quite surprised by thinking actually i can see now why the comic has such a huge following.

The stuff about how we are just a spec on the arse end of the lifetime of the universe and how utterly insignificant we are was great. I'm planning on watching it again

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

never read the comic, thats probably the reason then. I was expecting an action packed movie but it just has gore and some guy walking around with his tackle hanging out.

This sounds right up my street, a film that makes you sit and think deeply after is always great !

Yes it's just out on DVD this week.

Personally I thought the film was immense even though they deviated slightly from the graphic novel. I'll be buying a BluRay player shortly and this is the first movie that I'll watch on it.

I rated it as one of the best films I have ever seen. Flawless from start to end, full of belly laughs, immense.

I've got a day off work on tuesday so me and a mate can watch it again, followed by:

    Machine Girl - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1050160/ - looks awesome

Dragon Ball Evolution - probably will be poor, but am fan of the anime, so needs to be seen

Chocolate - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1183252/ - the feamle Ong Bak by all accounts

then either Taxidermia - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0410730/ - which looks perfectly weird for me

or the 2nd Bleach movie (can't find it on IMDB)

Can't fapping wait, been ages since I've had a nice film binge

Can't fapping wait? Those do not sound like the kinds of films you should be fapping to.

Although each to their own of course

I thought it was OK and very pretty - pacing was a bit slack and the story was overly drawn out.

A more brutal edit and it would have been a good film.

I have all of Moores books and original comic series, tho the film has to skip alot of stuff, it was a fcuking master class to make a comic/ film, tho the ending was changed I can understand why, anyone who read the book will have loved this!

Im just amazed at the studio having the sheers balls to make this in the first place.
