Apart from puffy nipples (as you say youve always had them), do you have any other gyno like symptoms?

What other symptoms do you have? Is there a lump around the nipple area? Are your nipples itchy?

Unless you get these symptoms or other gyno symptoms, I would forget using nolva for now.

Well, from a personal view I have found arimidex extremely effective at controlling water retention with no obvious sides. Also, after playing around with the doses, I found it works at .5mg ed or even eod! Would'nt run a cycle without it now.

Only drawback is its quite expensive round these parts. But I dare not get involved in any price discussion.
