Water

hi guys.

being a typical teenager im always drinking the good old pepsi or coke and always drinking milk. never drink pure water much, only when im training or if i have run out of coke lol.

but what i want to know is... does water promote strength gains? ive read it keeps you lean and all that, but im more focussed on racking up more weight.

when i drink coke i always get the extra calories that are in the coke, which i always assumed would help feed my training, but if i get off the good old fizzy unhealthy drinks and drink a few litres of water per day will i see my training progress even further? by that i meen will it promote strength gains?
