hi, ive got a question for you experts out there! is it better to sip water throughout the day? or doesnt it matter as long as you are having the right amount?
im asking because ive starting drinking about 3litres a day but the only way im able to do it is by drinking pints at a time in one go and im peeing all the time.
i guess im asking does the body utilise water better if consumed by sipping throughout the day and is it doing my no good by having large amounts (pint) in one sitting?
if so and why?
