Water retention

Ive been taking creatine now for the past couple of weeks as i was out of training for a while. My overall gains are good and i look and feel alot better. But the only problem is water retention. Is cardio the only way to get rid of it or should i cycle the creatine to get rid of it.

What type of creatine are you using? Mono or CEE?

If you are using Mono switch to CEE as this doesnt really bloat you like Mono seems to.

Although having said that CEE and Mono did hardly anything for me, and both bloated me although CEE a little less. Didnt realise I was bloating so mch until I stopped it.

I dont think cycling it will help? May be wrong though!

    Its CEE

Ya some of my friends didint get any results really either. But luckily i do. Ive upped every everything in weights, put on 1/2 stone (probaly water though).

Think ill give it a break for a month now and see what happens cause i was told that it stays in your system anyway for a while so ill still get some results even when not taking it.

Not sure whether it makes a diff but i always found creatine, (i used san cm2) works better with whey supplements and not just on its own, and cee shouldn give you much water if any i dont think.

If you are holding water, the best way to get rid of it is to drink loads of water - loads

Could an anti-estrogen product be added, for example XT / RR?

The theory being that an anti-estrogen decreases the level of estrogen, and thus by default the level of water retention (i.e. is it not estrogen that stores water).

When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city to see a marching band. He said, "Son when you grow up, will you be the saviour of the broken, the beaten and the damned?".

Does this hawthorn berry stuff really work? I've seen it mentioned a few times, is a it a natural diuretic sort of effect?
