Water retention, pump - question

Right, a long one so bear with me.

Take a trainer, Bob, on AAS, a typical test cycle.

If Bob has just test, he may find he holds a little bit of water in his fat, and a little in his muscles giving him "pump", end result a temporarily bigger Bob looking slightly rounded.

If Bob takes meds like Arimidex to combat water rention, at high dosages he'll be nice and "dry". He'll have little water in his fat, but as he is really dry, will have less "pump" so look smaller.

OKay, here is the question bit ... consider Bob, who now reduced his Arimidex (or similar med) intake so he is not as dry, he wants to hold a little water, so long as he doesn't bloat and look round. As he drops the Arimidex dosage he puts on water ... will this be:

1. More in the muscles at first, then fat when the water retention increases?
2. More in the fat at first, then muscles when the water retention increases?
3. Roughly evenly distributed in muscles and fat?

(Reason I ask is I'm on 500mg test and cutting hard, lots a lot of pump, but fat coming down nicely. Very dry as I'm on 1mg Adex every day. Yet definition not coming out quick as pump seems to be dropping too (not strength). My mate, is not on Adex as he doesn't hold much water, and although he's holding a little water, he's pumped up lots, and so his muscles are "poking through". I'm thinking of dropping adex as joints little dry, and am wondering if water is gonna make me look fat, or (hopefully) go mainly into muscles at first (option 1) ... just curious )

... also, how long will water take if I'm 5 weeks into my cycle (i.e. levels high already) and stop adex (currently 1mg ED) ?? (just a guess here - I know it varies)

TBH i think this is more down to the individual

Some ppl hold water in diff areas more than others

like under skin , in muscle belly , in fat ect....

very hard question to answer imo

Surely a lot would depend on the diet, carbs, sodium etc. Cardio seems to help with water retention as does the volume of water you drink!!
