Any good articles or guides floating about on this?
 
Ive read the ones on T-nation but im looking for a less american view on it.

    Lowering carbohydrates and increasing protein lends itself to a natural diuretic effect. I'd possibly only worry about this if you're around 6-8% bodyfat though.
