Yeah to be fair he was a really good spotter he didn't just take it when I looked like I was struggling.

The squats I'm not worried about I know I can up the weight but I'd rather stick at this and improve the form. Just felt wrong today.

Don't even want to record this one but....

Squats 4x5@70kg
Ohp 5-5-5-4-4@ 55kg
Deads 3x10@100kg

Had a headache and really tired all day didn't take any preworkout due to headache was just not up for it. It's very rare I get ill so I know this session is just a one off just a bad day my heart wasn't in it. Probably should have given it a miss really.

Back on it Monday

Sunday sesh with the Mrs. Bit of HITT on the running machine. Ab exercises on the cable machine then biceps and triceps to failure. Now rest up for 2mo.

No worries bud. 1700+ views and 64 replies. There's a lot more reading than posting bud just remember. I put my training and photos up just knowing that it's all out there for people to see warts and all. Makes me work harder.
 
Definitely sort form out before moving on. Feel free to post more vids if you need a spot.
 
Also why are you doing sets of ten for deads? Are you at least resetting between reps?

Just do it as a burn out really. Yh I may get some videos up soon. Can't get any better experienced feedback than on here ey.

Tonight was good.
Squats 5x5@70kg
Bench 5,5,5,3,4 @ 95kg
Rows 5x5@80kg
Then did some chest cable flys 3 sets of 12 at setting 5 (don't know the weight unfortunately)

Quick hard go on the rowing machine to cool down down.
