This looks like a good one: (don't think much of the rest)
    quote:
2 tablespoons of natty peanut butter.
    1 Banana
    12 oz of 1% milk.

    This shake gives you about
    65g of protein
    70g of carbs
    20g of fat(mostly good)

I don't like the other home made MRP's because they involve stuff like oats that doesn't really mix well.

i hate oats lumpy!!! Best thing to do if you dont want your protein to stick to your blender is put in the powder first then carefully pour in the water or milk then blend on high. Then add ice cubes for coldness

Try a green banana instead of oats for the carbs.

here's an idea, use oat flour instead of oats, i just been food shopping at ASDA and got 2x1kg packets of oatmeal, using this for my shakes just like flour no lumps. if you are on a low carb/keto diet use soya flour, low carb, high fat, high protein get it from Holland & Barrets

i got a seperate attachment for my blender for grinding down nuts, i usually just fill it up with oats and grind them down into a fine powder to add to a protein shake.. works well

yup as babe said ice cream is bad unless this is a cheat meal shake, which is good if had once a week, replace the ice cream with more skimmed milk, 500ml in total, and crushed ice and mixed in a blender for a good healthy bb shake

If they are from another site they may have copyright in which case both you and MT could get into legal trouble.
