Weight loss help needed

Hi all,
Im 19, 97kg, 103cm and 26% body fat. Id like to drop below 88kg as im back boxing, but also id like to get back into weights and get my strength back rather than just going thin. Where would I go to get a decent routine and for meal plans or something similar?
Any help would be much appreciated

    - Train heavy weights
    - Do some cardio (optional)
    - Count your daily calories (Harris-benedict,Mifflin,Lyle Mcdonald..) I like Lyles one 
    - 1 gram per kg of fats,2 grams per kg of protein and the rest of calorie CH
    - You can drink some coffe/green tea
