Weight staying static[long]
This might need moving to a different forum,also bear in mind I have been known to worry about nothing.
My weight is 10.6,it was 10.6 6weeks ago.
I'm bulking slowly,I still do A.M cardio on whey water but lots less than I used to as advised by TT(& others),I like the C.V fitness for the gym and it keeps my waist respectable.[excuses exscuses,lol]
My diet is ok in nutritional value but still not huge in volume.
Its very "how long is a piece of string" but should I dramatically increase cals or decrease cardio or both?
I've added a inch! on my thighs and my chest 1/2inch in those 6wks so I'm assuming if I'm the same weight I've lost fat round my tum,looks like I have though I'm sure not enough to equalise that.
Only cut down the cardio 2weeks ago so maybe I should be more patient,also could my legs which as stated are growing fast be drawing all my cals to them as such.
I gain slow so maybe I should wait longer,also I tryed a dbol
cycle but bottled after 5days,staying natural,I'm to paranoid for gear ,my weight [in water] was up to 10.13 then,could that of thrown me off a little?
Lots of questions,most probably need patience to provide answers but I know there worth asking.
