Weightlifting Exercises Calculator

Was surfing on the net found this;

I don't know if this is 100% correct, but it seems very usefull. Only the deadlift isnt included. weird :-s

    Could be useful for calculating your progress in the various lifts, seeing if you are particularly strong or weak in some lifts, given your ability in other lifts. Personally, I'm not sure how important that is though. Thoughts?

    Its a bit bo11ocks to be honest - I typed in my Power Clean max and it came up with completely random figures for all lifts which are nowhere near mine.

    i put my lifts in it came out quite accurate but it is different for everybody i know my weak Areas and isnt a power pull a type of deadlift Jigga
