Weights Routine for MMA check

This the sort of routine I should be doing for MMA?
What sort of set/rep scheme would you use here?

Monday
Barbell Cleans
Barbell Push Press
Wide Grip Chins
Barbel Back Squat
Dips
Dumbell Farmers Walk

Tuesday
MMA Training

Wednesday
EZ Bar High Pulls
Barbell Incline Bench Press
Barbell Bent-over Row
Barbell Front Squat
Barbell Close Grip Bench Press
Dumbbell Hold

Thursday
MMA Training

Friday
Core Work & Jump Rope Work

Saturday
MMA Training

    seems like overshooting a bit using that many exercises, also doing strength volume equaal to your MA will detriment technique.
    my suggestion would be to pick about 5 exercises, one for each of core, hipextension, push, pull and grip. Train your weak spot first, and work two full body sessions per week switching the exercises every month.
    adress ur needs, as in work for max strength if your weak, work speed if ur slow or work lactate if ur out of shape...
