Re:Weights before or after cardio??
Fueled/unfueled cardio is a debatable topic, maybe it works for some but not for others. Personally i do it fueled as i dont have energy to do cardio in the morning, there wouldnt be a big diff, but there could be a little, just about noticiable. You see my bro does cardio in the morning a few times a week and believes its best and hes getting good fat loss from it.
No point doing cardio before weight, pop a caffeine pill pre wo or during your workout and 30mins cardio after weights isnt bad at all, you should have enough energy anyway if you sleep well, i dont.
