Weird Pain

It seems to have subsided now, and its very slight now..

But.. on Monday i did Pull - Deads, Wide Grip Pull ups,Rows, BB Curls, Hammer Curls

and on Wed - Push - Flat Bench, Incl, Mil Press,Wide Grip Dips

Late wednesday night i started to get an unbearable pain if i sat upright

.. Let me try to describe it..

It felt like a joint pain.. i think, not muscular.. under my lower back, more towards my upper glutes in the middle.. it was not a muscular pain in my glutes

what could this be..? bad form maybe?.. I feel much better now though, decided to rest it out till Monday

Thanks

SMH

sounds like DOMS mate, you hit your back with deads, rows and pullups this could have overloaded it or maybe some poor form, i recommend you check your form on some of the exercise sites and see if your doing anything wrong, if this happens again i recommend seeing a doctor mate

I have just had this mate, I had to take a week off. I got it after deadlifts and it was right at the bottom of my spine where you are describing. I think mine was due to poor form. This is where the spine fuses with the hip. Very frustrating.

It was still aching today but i went back to the gym. I think I will be laying of deads for a few weeks until totally symptom free.

Just let it recover mate, and avoid exercises which stress your lower back.
