What Foods?

Guys I am looking for a cutting diet.
I work 5 days a week and most of my work is based in the office sitting down.
I hardly do any more sports and wanted to start off slow.
I am planning on going to the supermarket tomorrow and purchasing what it takes to have good 3 meals a day.
What would you all recommend?
Just to add I would like to make my own smoothies for breakfast each day and I am not really much of a cook so somthing simple to grill, put in the oven or microwave.

    The best thing you could do is have a look through the articles section and the top of the forums.
    The second best thing you could do is learn to cook!
