What I had to eat today

Okay I am looking to build muscle mass and weight. I am 23, I am 5'7" and I currently weigh a laughable 9 and a half stone.

12:00 woke up-

100 grams of oats
tablespoon of raisens
small handful of dried bannana
apple
50 grams of whey protein and creatine

1:00 -

workout (flat and incline bench press, incline flys, etc.)

1:45 post workout -

whole avocado
small glass of v8 juice
1 medium sized orange-
50 grams of protein and creatine

3:45 - before I go to work -

toast and sardines

7:00 after work dinner -

2 bbq chicken breasts
pork homemade kebab with onions and peppers
1 peach
1 plum
1 small glass of v8 juice
25 grams of whey

9:30

200grams of plain boiled rice
1 orange

11:00 -

25 grams of whey.

    I assume a critique is in order!?

    Possibly too much fruit and not enough fibrous veg, too much reliance on whey and not enough real food, incomplete meals (21.30??), lack of EFA's.

    Poor choices all round. Have you read the bulking articles?
