What PWO breakfast meal?

I currently go to the gym before work ay 7am. After workout I have a protein shake with a table spoon of dextrose. I then also eat 45 mins later when i get into work.

What would be an ideal meal at this time (bearing in mind i need to eat this at my desk and it is about 9.30 am)?

cheers

I used to have 100g oats, banana, peanut butter and 2 scoops whey, tuna with water all blended after my workout.

Thats when i was bulking though.

I think in this case you could have your post workout shake pre-workout since blood amino acid and glucose levels will be low. You could even split it in half before and after.

just 1 tablespoon of dextrose? why so little? get 40-80 grams of simple carbs in your post workout shake, i can imagine theres no more than 20g in 1 tablespoon.
