What Protein Bar!?!

Hi guys

Sometimes I find it hard to get the Protein I need via a mid morning or afternoon snack.  I sometimes don't the option to have a tin of Tuna or cook off a piece of chicken.

I was wondering, out of all the various Protein bars out there, which one would to say is the best on the market for that Protein boost?

I've seen so many & also heard that many contain too much sugar/additives etc so I'm kinda blinded with science as to which one to spend my money on.

Thanks

Have a look in the bodybuilding recipe section mate, bigfella's bar looks really good, tasty reviews and you know exactly what's going in it :)

If your going down the branded route, as with protein powders, taste is subjective.
Ive tryed alot of bars, flapjacks, small snack bars, breakfast bars, all out protein bars and the best ive tryed are as follows...

Supreme Protein (Carb Conscious) - All flavours good in there own right, as close as ull ever get to the taste of a normal snack bar/chocolate bar. There easy to eat, and filling, a proper meal replacement bar, good source of protein isolate.Alltho high in fats, moderate carbs, best to have as treats sparingly or when really required.

USN, CNP, Reflex (orginal Pitstop bar) and Longsdale do good, lower carb option protein bars, with high protein.
In all honesty, most bars do contain alot of rubbish, but as the odd snack, u cant go wrong with those ive just listed above ^
