What Supps shall I get?

Hey guys

These are the supps I have. Whey protein, Creatine Mono, Taurine and Di arginine Malate and Milk Thistle.

I know a guy who has a lot off supps and owes me some.

He has:
Glutamine, creapure CEE caps,creakic by muscletech.leuckic by muscle tech,zma,tribulus,horny goat,flaxseed caps, pre workout stimulants!!
He also has this UNIVERSAL ANIMAL STACK, which apparently has different Caps in it. i.e akg etccitruline malate,antioxidant complex, pump complex, creatine matrix


What do you guys think I should get off him?

    you kidding mate lol.....I only weight 15stones bud.

    You think I should just use Glutamine. Alot people say its rubish stuff. Was thinking of that Animal Stack or ZMA.

    Yes,as a lot others say it's good.Opinions will always vary. Personally I have been using constantly for 2 years now and I like it. Maybe I'm wasting my money,maybe not. Scientific data behind it shows interesting results so IMO it's worth a try.

    As for ZMA,as stated in the other thread, it improves the quality of your sleep,but if you don't have low test levels/zinc deficiency don't expect to gain mass using it. As for Animal Stack, I've used two bottles/tubs/whatever those are called and was not happy at all with the results,especially considering all the hype behind it and its price of course

    i used to supplement with L-glutamine, but to be honest i dont bother now, feel i get more than enough from whey protein and MRPs. Wouldnt bother with any of the muscletech stuff or animal stacks.

    Cheers guys, beholder what affects did you get from using Glutamine? Clubberlang cheers for your advice too, did you get any affects from it at all? Remember its free for me. I don't need to pay for anything. i rather get something than nothing

    Well,I can't say stuff like I gained size etc, because packed with training,diet and other supps, I cannot really say whether it helped me or not. Neither can I comment on the "release of GH" part,since I should have been tested before and after in order to be sure. However, it surely has helped me with recovery from training as well as not getting sick all the time.(this was the most apparent difference). The other stuff it's supposed to do are simply unmeasurable unless you participate in a study or something. Keeping in mind that most supps that claim to work are completely bashed by studies though, glutamine IMO is worth a try. As above, whey has glutamine in it but I prefer to supplement,especially before going to sleep.

    I had been given the 2 animal stacks for free as well,so in that case you could try them just to see how they work(or not) for you;that is if you don't have a problem getting down 11 pills every day

    i added extra L-glut with my whey protein shakes to stop muscle breakdown. But to be fair i saw the amount of glutamine already in the whey protein i decided not to buy extra. Noticed no difference after i stopped taking it to be honest.

    if your getting everything for free than take it mate gimme gimme gimme
