What You Think Of My Diet?
Need advice on my diet, so please advise your advice will most be appreciated.
I have been training for about 20 months natural now, my stats are:
5 â€™11 tall, 33 years old and I weigh 12 stone. I have a small bone structure with small joints and I burn fat or can lose weight very easily! I have a very fast metabolism, In other words like a Ferrari burns fuel! When I started I was just over 11 1/2 stone. My goal is to be 13 stone or slightly over. I am after quality muscle, not quantity. But obviously I have to gain weight.
My body type is Ectomorph, but I belive I am not a full Ectomorph because my chest is not shallow, my hips are narrow and shoulders broad. At the moment I have much more muscle, shape than fat. I have stayed lean and quite fit throughout my life doing swimming, bike riding at not so serious weight training. But now I am very serious and committed to body build.
Well here is my diet:
8.30 AM (pre workout)
Weight gain shake 300 calories
Half cup of tea
11.15 AM â€“ After workout
1 Protein shake with water
25 grams of protein
1 Â½ cup of oatmeal with 1 1/2 glass of semi skimmed milk
3 large egg whites
1 glass of water
2 amino tabs, 1 vit B
1 flax seed tab
1 can of tuna (30 grams of protein)
2 slices of wholemeal bread
3 hot dog sausages
cup of juice
1 vit C 1000mg
Weight gain shake 300 calories semi skimmed milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1 egg white
1 banana or some times 1 slice of bread with peanut butter
2 slices of Cod
1 juice drink
1 vit C 1000mg
Approx 15-10 grams of protein mixed with water
Workouts 4 times per week:
Mainly mass building and compound exercise like:
Squats, Bench press, Rows, Dips, curl and hammer strength machines.
Reps are kept to 8 -10 sometimes supersets to failure.
Steroids are on my list, not yet. I am currently doing a lot of research on them for at least 6 months. I have to train hard and get use to heavy training and my diet has to be in order first. But I do know what steroids I will be using when I get to that stage.
Deca, Sustanon, Andriol, clomid and nolvadex I am not to going to get into that just yet. They are just a tool to help me, so I want to educate myself first before I start to use them.
Well, thatâ€™s it. So please do advise me on my diet and plan on my quest to get to 13 stone or more!
