What a time to get injured!!!

While on holiday, I had a bit of an accident on a jet ski!
Anyway long story short I've damaged some tendons in my arm and can't train at all, even light weights kill me for days.

So know I've just started PCT with clomid and nolv and can't lift weights for 2-3weeks.

Any tips people????

Thanks
RACK

Can still leg press/leg extentions/leg curls/calf raise etc though right?

Keep training your legs (obviously avoiding holding any weight with your arm) and keep the diet good - 2 to 3 weeks off will not set you back massivley mate.

It's been niggling me for a few months but kept going away. Then trained in the hotel the first few days and it hurt a bit. Went on the jet ski and it was game over!!
