im always a bit suspect about these stories, usually nobody backs them up. Im sure the took some weight off the guys leg and lifted the car up a bit but i doubt the wheels left the ground as the story sugested in the text " lifted a car 20times her bodyweight" More likely raised the suspension an inch or two.

Still doesnt beat Clares1111 log lift, think she lifted a fallen tree out from the road without a sweat.

Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.

Kyla Smith, from Sunderland, was driving her MG ZR hatchback near Washington when it left the road and hit a tree.
"If I'm in an injurious position I'd want that lady next to me, I think we all would."

if she'd driven the thing properly she wouldn't have gotten her friend into that mess in the first place. duhh...

I don't believe these stories either, of course she didn't lift 20 times her own weight that's just silly. Maybe she pushed against it and it rolled enough for him to get his leg free

"The physical limits of our bodies are also never really tested by the mundane tasks that we require of them. In actual fact most people are fully capable of (even from an early age, right up until death) feats of incredible strength. The muscles of the body are limited during everyday use, this is to avoid undue wear and tear as well as to try and limit injury. However, when it really matters, the limits on your muscles are removed. Examples of this include an eighty-year-old woman gripping the arm of a young fit male lifeguard so hard that she snapped it in two places as he tried to rescue her."

i read this in the paper, the car was upside down and she lifted it up by reaching inside and pulling on the sunroof

basically i think she tilted it on the roof, hardly lifting it up
