scrap the diet and bulk mate, if you cut up with what you got there will be nothing to show.

    im 5'10", around 11.5 stone.

Im not actually cutting, but i have changed my diet quite alot. Im worried about bulking without doing weights, ill just put on fat wont i?

For the last 2 weeks ive also done a 4 mile run almost every morning before breakfast.

I cant wait until i can do weights again, ive learnt alot since the last time i trained. I had nothing else to do! lol.

I'd say 14-15% ... just looks more as there is not as much mass underneath

Im thinking of doing the following routine when im able to start lifting again:

    Monday

    Squats - 5x5
    Deadlifts - 5x5
    Bench Press - 5x5
    Incline DB Press - 3x12-20

    Wednesday

    Lunges - 4x8 each leg
    Good mornings - 3x8-12
    Dips - 4 x max
    Pull ups - 4 x max

    Friday

    Squats - 5x5
Bent over BB row - 5x5
    Incline Bench - 5x5
    Skulls – 3x12-20

Its the one Murphyblew is using, which is from bill star i think. What do u think? before i start any routine though im just gonna do light weights for a couple of weeks to get my body used to it a bit.

one other question, what are skulls?

you do not look above 15 percent in my opinion even with lack of lean body tissue, you must be a 31 inch waist tops. But photographs can be decieving, its a hard one too tell.

    skullcrushers !!!!

    ah cool. i know them.

I learnt most of my gym knowledge while i was in iraq and i never bothered to ask the name of different exercises... so although i have quite good technique i dont know the names of em. lol. most are easy to work out though from the name.
Good mornings are another one i couldnt work out, but found a pic :) they look bloody dangerous if u go to fail!

Well if the above rountine isnt the best for me, does anyone have another? i might need the crazily named ones explaining :P

    thanks again.
